Pickleball Buddy is a one-person shop. This page is short because the answer to most privacy questions is “we don’t.”
What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping address, and email. That is exactly what it takes to make a ball and mail it to you. If you use the contact form, we get what you typed and nothing else.
What it’s used for
Making your order, shipping your order, and emailing you about your order — confirmation, tracking, or a question if something looks off. That is the whole list.
What we never do
Sell your information. Rent it. Trade it. Run ad trackers. Sign you up for a newsletter you didn’t ask for. Your address exists to get a box to your door, and then it sits quietly in the order record.
Payments
Card details go straight to our payment processor and never touch our servers. We see that you paid, not your card number.
Cookies
Only what the store needs to work, like remembering what’s in your cart. No third-party advertising cookies.
