The short version
You order a Pickleball Buddy. We make it, Minnesota and mails it to you. If anything is wrong, we make it right. Everything below is detail.
Made to order
Every Pickleball Buddy is made after you order it, one at a time, so allow a few days before it ships. You’ll get an email when it’s on the way.
Shipping
United States only for now. Shipping is free, however many buddies are in the box.
If something’s wrong
A joint that won’t move, the wrong color, a box the mail flattened: email within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you, your pick. No forms, no return shipping, no interrogation.
The obvious stuff
Prices are in US dollars and can change; an order you already placed keeps its price. Pickleball Buddy is a desk companion, not a teether — keep it away from children under three and determined dogs. These terms follow Minnesota law.
